I purchased two boxes for a family member because she believed the product. My shipment was shipped 3 days after my card was charged. I shouldn't need to download a SHOP app to tracking my shipment. This tracking app is junk. I was provided with a tracking number and carrier after multiple request. I tracked that my shipment was delivered. However to a unknown address. After the 3rd request, where is my shipment? My shipment arrived 2 weeks later with the unknown address cross out and my address was hand written below it. I want to support small business, however I would like the professional service that comes with them.
